Two decades of purpose-led growth, on both sides of the table. As Chief Commercial Officer at Bugaboo, Mieke helped turn a start-up into a global brand. As Chief People & Culture Officer at The Social Hub, she built the people function from scratch and led the people side of its transformation.
Today she works with founders, CEOs and leadership teams as sparring partner, fractional executive and mentor. She also speaks about identity, culture and growth, among others at Cambridge Judge Business School.
